The various professional decisions that since 1989 have brought me to where I am today have followed a “guideline” I learnt in my early years working for a multinational auditing firm. To use a metaphor, always combine sartorial quality with a ready-to-wear organisational structure, i.e. one that is able to adequately and promptly follow the needs of every client, from the smallest to the largest.
